Organisations should be things we can understand. And change.

Moebius begins with a simple question: what if the organisation itself could evolve as deliberately as the software it uses?

Founder of Moebius

Behind turtle_emoji is Zachari Pinson-Tilche. His work sits at the intersection of business, product and engineering: turning a problem into a model, a model into a prototype, and a prototype into something people can challenge in the real world.

Moebius brings together his interests in entrepreneurship, organisational systems, AI-assisted creation and open-source software. He works across the product vision, architecture, development and early market validation rather than treating these as separate conversations.

Beyond Moebius, his creative and technical work has included music software experiments such as CanWeSynth and apparel concepts through Mortality Inc. These explorations share an interest in making tools and ideas tangible; they are not presented as scaled companies or mature products.

02

Less distance between intention and reality.

A business plan describes what should happen. The organisation produces evidence of what actually happens. Moebius is being built to keep those two worlds connected: people, roles, processes, objectives, decisions and tools in one evolving organisational model.

AI should be able to reason with that context, but should not quietly become its owner. The operating system defines what is known, what is assumed, who can act and what evidence is needed to call an outcome verified.

03

An open foundation. Individual freedom.

Inspect the system

Open code, explicit contracts and portable organisational models are the direction. Trust should not require accepting a black box.

Make it yours

Reuse a package, adapt it with your AI and keep your own operating rules. Modularity separates the shared foundation from the things that make your organisation different.

Contribute without exposing

A useful code improvement may travel back to the commons. Your customer records, employee data and confidential context should not. Official releases require review.

Keep authority explicit

People choose the boundaries between AI proposals, rules and human approval. Outcomes matter more than the volume of generated work.

Moebius, by Overthinkers.

Overthinkers is the company being formed to hold and develop Moebius. The intended structure is a Delaware startup holding company. Incorporation is in progress; this page does not claim a completed registration, issued securities or a completed IP assignment.

The long-term ambition is broad: give almost every AI user a durable operating context. The first step is deliberately concrete—help founders and operators connect a plan to one real workflow, then learn from the outcome.
