04 / Funding / pre-seed

Fund the foundation. Not just the interface.

An open organisational operating system, built for a world where AI can help people run what they create.

01

AI work should survive the chat.

Plans are written in conversations. Operational reality lives in disconnected tools. The missing layer is a durable model of the organisation that connects intent, evidence, decisions and governed action.

The product

An AI-first Organisation OS around a digital twin: shared organisational state, connected sources, explicit permissions and verifiable outcomes.

The compounding mechanism

Users adapt packages with their own AI. Reviewed, generalisable improvements can benefit everyone without exporting private business data.

02

Start with a weekly operating habit.

The initial customer is a founder, owner, operations leader, product or project manager in a small organisation already using AI and several work tools. The entry point: compare a plan with current evidence and prepare one controlled action.

The design-partner proposal is ten organisations, six weeks and one workflow each. These are recruitment and validation targets, not customers acquired. Adjacent roles and broader AI users follow only after repeated value is demonstrated.

A defensible market estimate still needs to be built from reachable organisations, demonstrated willingness to pay and retention. No invented TAM or market-share number is used here.

03

Keep the commons open. Charge for operating it well.

Open foundation

The intended core includes the local runtime, schemas, SDK and reusable capabilities. Discovery and community reuse should remain as accessible as possible.

Managed value

Revenue hypotheses: cloud hosting, hybrid synchronisation, backups, maintained connectors, organisational controls, dedicated infrastructure and support.

Distribution

Founder-led pilots, public technical learning and reusable packages before paid acquisition. No distribution partnership with OpenAI is represented as signed.

Defensibility to earn

Compatibility history, maintained connectors, policy and evaluation data, trusted governance and a useful contributor network—not code secrecy.

04

Separate ambition from evidence.

Today / prototype

A documented architecture, repository scaffolds and an interactive product narrative. Production security, retained usage and revenue are not established by the website.

Next / proposed validation gates

Five retained pilots, three paying organisations, a complete private-adaptation-to-reviewed-contribution loop, and measured AI plus infrastructure costs.

North star

Verified outcomes per active workspace: an explicit intended result, traceable action, supporting evidence, a satisfied verification policy and an accepted final status.

05

A model you can question.

Illustrative planning sandbox—not actual accounts, an approved budget or a revenue forecast. Change the inputs to see the mechanics. All figures are USD; pricing and costs still need validation. Changes stay in your browser tab.

Illustrative 24-month operating model
Month Organisations MRR Operating costs Net cash flow Cash balance

Monthly organisations = prior month × (1 − churn) + new organisations. Revenue = organisations × monthly price. Costs = people + fixed operations + organisations × variable cost. Cash accumulates revenue less costs. Negative cash indicates a financing gap, not permitted overdraft. Excludes tax, working-capital timing, capex, debt and future financing; fractional organisations are cohort expectations. No breakeven or return is promised.

06

Capital should buy proof.

Product & trust

Prove a reliable operating loop; build permissions, provenance, audit and connector isolation before scaling autonomy.

Pilots & learning

Fund hands-on onboarding, observed use, outcome measurement and the first willingness-to-pay tests.

Legal & operations

Complete company formation, IP and licence review, privacy and security work, then define a bottom-up hiring plan.

The planning ambition is to fund roughly eighteen months of evidence-building. The actual raise, allocation and hiring plan remain to be agreed from the operating model—not derived from a headline valuation.

07

Understand the ownership mechanics.

No Moebius investment terms or share percentage are offered here. This calculator is an educational priced-round example. A SAFE, convertible instrument, option pool or existing rights can change the result materially.

Illustrative ownership = your investment ÷ (pre-money valuation + total new money). Assumes the same price per share for all new money, no fees, no pool change and no conversions. Future rounds dilute ownership. This is not a quote, entitlement or investment recommendation.

08

The questions an investor should ask.

Will the habit stick?

Retention, measurable value and willingness to pay are still unproven. Broad ambition does not replace a narrow, useful first workflow.

Can it operate safely?

Permissions, data leakage, connector reliability and AI errors are material risks. Independent review and real-world testing are required.

Can the economics work?

Model costs, integration maintenance and support can outweigh subscriptions. Pricing and cost per verified outcome must be observed, not assumed.

What remains to formalise?

Incorporation, cap table, IP ownership, licensing, investment instrument and offering route remain subject to documentation and legal review.

09

Different investors. A shared horizon.

For venture funds: explore the market entry, expansion logic and path to repeatable distribution. For angels: bring operating experience and pilot introductions. For high-net-worth individuals: examine governance, liquidity constraints and the possibility of losing the entire investment with your own advisers.

A future data room should contain the verified cap table, incorporation and IP documents, pilot evidence, cost model, security plan and negotiated terms. Access and completeness are not represented as ready today.
