Moebius is founded by Zachari Pinson-Tilche, known here as turtle_emoji. Overthinkers is in formation and is intended to become the Delaware startup holding company for Moebius. Its registration number, registered office and registered agent are not yet published here.

This is a project preview, not confirmation that a corporation already exists. Corporate ownership of software and assets must be supported by the final formation and assignment documents.

Privacy on this site.

When you submit a contact or career form, Moebius stores your name, email, topic, optional context or portfolio link, message, language and dated consent record to review and respond to your request. Submission is voluntary and based on your consent. We do not use these messages for marketing subscriptions or AI training. No attachments are uploaded. Drafts are not saved in browser storage; copying and downloading happen only at your request.

There are no advertising trackers or analytics added by Moebius in this site. The public site at moebius.quest is hosted by Vercel, which may process technical connection data under its own policies. Fonts and the coral asset are served with the site.

Hosting provider privacy policy

While Overthinkers is in formation, the intake is operated by Moebius founder Zachari Pinson-Tilche. Access is restricted to authorised project administrators. Supabase processes submissions, with the database hosted in Frankfurt, EU. Intake records are deleted on a daily schedule after 90 days; copies you download and any later email correspondence are separate. Hosting providers may retain technical logs under their own policies. Do not submit sensitive personal data or confidential business records.

To request access, correction, deletion, or withdraw consent, use Contact → Privacy / data rights and include your receipt reference if available. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. Withdrawing consent does not affect prior lawful processing. This intake notice will be updated when the legal entity and operational services change.

Software, licences and third-party assets.

Moebius is being developed with an open-source direction. The licence attached to each published repository or package controls the rights to that code; a marketing statement is not a licence grant. A definitive licence register and contribution policy remain to be published.

The Manrope font is distributed under its included SIL Open Font License. The Apple coral artwork is third-party artwork, sourced through Emojigraph; it is not included in any Moebius open-source licence. Commercial redistribution rights for this artwork still require review.

The workflows and organisation-creation interactions illustrate the intended product. They do not connect to your company tools, provision an organisation or execute business actions. Financial models are hypothetical and do not offer investment terms. No security certification, SLA, OpenAI partnership or carbon-neutral claim is made.
